What is the minimum order quantity for custom headwear?
Our fully custom headwear program requires a minimum order of 100 hats per design. -
How long does production take?
Because each hat is built completely custom, standard production time is approximately 8+ weeks after final artwork approval. -
What parts of the hat can be customized?
Almost every aspect of the hat can be customized including colors, materials, stitching, patches, embroidery, labels, closures, and more. -
Is there a design or setup fee?
Yes, there is a one-time $150 design/setup fee per hat design to prepare artwork and production specifications. -
Can I order a sample?
Yes! Samples are available for $180 due to the custom development and production process required to build each hat from scratch. If you move forward with a full production order, $80 of the sample cost will be credited toward your order. -
What is the return policy for custom hats?
Due to the fully custom nature of our headwear program, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom hat orders.
