Because all products are custom-made specifically for you, orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
If an error occurs on our end, we'll work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement, account credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Our goal is always to deliver a product you'll be proud to wear, use, and share.
Quality & Spoilage
In apparel decoration, a small amount of spoilage is considered normal due to the nature of the production process. Our spoilage allowance is up to 3% of the total order quantity, which is an industry standard.
Although spoilage beyond this amount is rare, we will work with you to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- Replace the affected items
- Issue a refund for the affected garments
- Provide a credit toward a future order
To help us address any concerns promptly, please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 14 days of pickup, delivery, or shipment.
