Appointments & Visits

We're excited to work with you! To ensure we can give every customer the attention they deserve, Fresh Press Ink operates by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule a time before stopping by the shop.

Getting Your Order Started

To get your project moving, we require two things:

  1. Full payment of your invoice
  2. Approval of your artwork proof

Once both steps are complete, your order is officially in production and the clock starts ticking on turnaround time.

We'll send a digital proof for your review, and artwork approval can be completed directly through the invoice process for convenience.

Production Timeline

Production begins once full payment has been received and artwork has been approved. Estimated production times are as follows:

  • Screen Printing: 10–15 business days
  • Embroidery: 14 business days
  • Stickers & Banners: 7 business days
  • Custom Headwear: Up to 8 weeks
  • Promotional Products: 20 business days
  • Trade Show Supplies: 2–3 weeks

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary based on order size, product availability, artwork complexity, supplier lead times, and seasonal demand.

If you have a specific event date or deadline, please let us know before placing your order. We'll be happy to review available options and determine whether rush production is available for your project.

Artwork Approval & Mockups

Please review your artwork proof, mockups, and print specifications carefully before approving your order.

Mockups are provided as a visual reference for design placement (front, back, sleeve, left chest, etc.) and overall appearance. While we strive to create accurate mockups, they are not intended to represent exact print dimensions or placement. Variations between garment brands, sizes, and styles may affect how artwork appears on the finished product.

Artwork will be produced according to the dimensions and specifications approved during the proofing process. If no custom size or placement instructions are provided, Fresh Press Ink will use our standard production specifications based on the garment type and artwork.

By approving your artwork proof, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and approved all aspects of the design, including:

  • Spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Artwork placement
  • Print size and dimensions
  • Ink colors and garment colors
  • Quantities, sizes, and product selections

Once artwork has been approved, any changes may result in additional charges and could impact your production timeline.

Customer-Supplied Garments (CSG)

We understand that sometimes customers prefer to provide their own garments for decoration. Because we cannot verify the quality, condition, or manufacturing consistency of customer-supplied items, all customer-supplied garments are decorated at the customer's risk.

A signed Customer-Supplied Garment (CSG) Waiver may be required before production begins. While we take every precaution possible, Fresh Press Ink cannot guarantee or replace customer-supplied items that are damaged during the decoration process.

Quality & Spoilage

In apparel decoration, a small amount of spoilage is considered normal due to the nature of the production process. Our spoilage allowance is up to 3% of the total order quantity, which is an industry standard.

Although spoilage beyond this amount is rare, we will work with you to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, we may:

  • Replace the affected items
  • Issue a refund for the affected garments
  • Provide a credit toward a future order

To help us address any concerns promptly, please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us of any issues within 14 days of pickup, delivery, or shipment.

Payment Options

To avoid the 3.5% credit card processing fee, we happily accept:

  • Cash
  • Check (Payable to Fresh Press Ink or Luv, Inc.)
  • Zelle (FreshPress520@gmail.com)

Please note that bank and credit card statements may display "Luv, Inc." as the merchant name. This is our parent company and does not affect your order or payment processing.
