Embroidery FAQ

Common questions about custom embroidery orders, digitizing, turnaround, and garment options.
  • What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ for embroidery is 12 units per design. You can embroider less than 12 units for a $30 fee.
  • What is your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround time for embroidery is typically 10–14 business days from artwork approval. Please note that projects with specialty services, add-ons, or larger quantities may require additional production time.
  • Can you embroider on anything?
We can embroider on a wide variety of items including hats, polos, hoodies, jackets, bags, blankets, and more! Some materials and placements work better than others, so if you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and we’ll help recommend the best option for your project.
  • Are there items you can’t embroider on?
Some materials and placements are not ideal for embroidery, including very thin, stretchy, delicate, waterproof, or extremely thick items. If you’re unsure, send us a photo and we’ll help recommend the best option for your project.
  • What is the embroidery digitizing fee?
Embroidery digitizing is the process of turning your artwork or logo into a series of stitch instructions that an embroidery machine follows to create the design on fabric. This process requires specialized software, technical skill, and manual adjustments to ensure the design stitches cleanly and looks professional on the finished product. Because each design must be carefully prepared for embroidery, a one-time digitizing fee is required for new designs.
